“Misleading advert”
When I arrived at the postcode in a residential area, the host was nowhere to be found and didn’t even know I had booked. I had to call the host, who only suggested parking near a local pub, which was advertised as a glamping site but was actually just a pickup point for a tent box that my vehicle couldn’t fit into. I never received any response to my complaint, and I was left out of pocket with nowhere to stay.
