The place was tidy and well kept, close to town. The bathroom lacked toiletries, and the Nescafe sachets that should have been in the room were missing; there was no complimentary welcome drink or snack basket, and everything was chargeable.

The room fell short of expectations and the absence of air conditioning made the stay very uncomfortable. What worried me most was the hygiene at breakfast, where flies landed on my poha plate, which seriously undermined confidence in the property’s cleanliness. Because of these problems, we left a day early. Even after explaining the situation, the hotel refused to refund the unused second night, citing their cancellation policy. While policies exist, I think guest experience and basic hygiene should be weighed in such cases. Future guests should review the amenities carefully and decide if the standards meet their expectations before booking.

The bathroom was dirty, the sink tap was broken, the cupboard was smelly and unusable for storage. It might suit a bachelor, but it’s not suitable for a family.

The place feels warm, friendly, and pleasant. The room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped with a geyser and toiletries. Room service is quick and reliable. The home‑cooked meals are simple, fresh, and delicious, and the dining area feels cozy and tastefully decorated—definitely a place I’d recommend! The only downside is that rooms lack AC, which would be welcome as temperatures rise.
