“Razoável”
The location is good. The room had a dirty bathroom, and the shower drain was clogged. We had to change rooms the next day.

The staff were helpful, hygiene was good, and parking was available. The breakfast could be better. The price doesn’t match the offers. The toiletries kit—soap, shampoo—was insufficient and never refilled.

Perfect!

The location, cleanliness, and reception staff were all good. The air‑conditioner was very noisy, not just in my room; I think the sound also came from other rooms.

The breakfast was good and the staff were cordial. The external air‑conditioning unit was installed very close to the window, making noise and disturbing those with light sleep.
