How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is gorgeous, the tent is well equipped and comfy, and the staff are friendly. They offer a lot of activities. The neighboring camp is very noisy until late at night, and I really felt my allergies to dust mites and dust inside the tent. The taxi fare is very high per person; whether you travel alone or with five people, the cost adds up, making the transfer to Marrakech expensive.

The staff are excellent and the location is quiet away from the other camps. The pool and the “restaurant” are also nice and something you don’t expect in the desert. A quad tour through the desert is a must; the organization and prices for activities are okay. The tent was clean and comfortable (AC available for hot days). Unfortunately the overall price/value is not met; the accommodation is clearly aging and the photos no longer match the current condition. The operator should either adjust the price or invest money to redesign the site.

Food was good. The huge advertising is misleading—stay away! The tent equipment was unhygienic (photos show a moldy shower, damaged plumbing, AC threatening to fall). There was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms, contrary to what was advertised; only the pool had it, and it didn’t work. The transparent tent tarp, meant to let you enjoy the view, was so dirty we had to clean it ourselves. Daily housekeeping, promised, never happened. The pool was green and full of algae; the next day it had been cleaned, probably with bleach, since my €128 swimsuit was completely stained. The pool furniture was very dirty, as were the provided towels, all stained. Watch out for evening shows: singers ask money from guests. When we reported all these issues, the staff tried to contact the owner, who remained unreachable. Even Booking couldn’t reach him. Seeing the many extremely positive comments on cleanliness and housekeeping, I seriously wonder if they are fake reviews posted by staff or the owner’s entourage.
