How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The facility is conveniently located, allowing easy walking to the center of Pigadia, and along the way there are many markets and local‑cuisine restaurants; it also has a pool with an outdoor shower, a good alternative to the sea. The staff, especially at reception, were not present 24 h as promised, and often we couldn’t find anyone to help us.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless, but the manager was not very welcoming when I arrived.

Overall, the property was good, but the breakfast had limited options, no real orange juice—just a slightly sweet drink—and no fruit was available.

The place is pretty nice, with pleasant outdoor areas, a cute pool, and a bar situated conveniently between the reception and the pool, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful; we had a small issue with the room that was assigned to us (it was small and not very nice), but they quickly arranged a new room that was nicer and larger. The property isn’t brand‑new, but it’s comfortable and in a great spot for island travel. Cleanliness could be more thorough; although the linens were always changed and the rooms were cleaned, the standards weren’t extremely high, yet they were more than sufficient for an enjoyable stay. The price for breakfast, which was extra, was definitely high (I didn’t use it).

Το ξενοδοχείο ηταν σε καλη τοποθεσία, κοντα στον οικισμο της Καρπάθου. Ειχε ομορφο κοινοχρηστο εξωτερικο χωρο με πισινο και φυτα κ βουκαμβιλιες εξω απο τα δωματια. Η υπαλληλος που μας εξυπηρετησε κατα το check in και check out ηταν πολυ ευγενικη κ φιλικη. Δυστυχώς, οι φωτογραφιες οταν επιλεξαμε το δωματιο ηταν καπως παραπλανητικες, μιας κ τελικα το δωματιο που μας εδωσαν ηταν διαφορετικο. Ειχαμε επιλοξει συγκεκριμενα διπλό κρεβάτι αλλα το δωματιο που μας εδωσαν τελικα ειχε δυο μονα ενωμενα. Στις φωτογραφιες φαινοταν οτι το μπανιο ειχε ντουζιερα με συρομενες πόρτες, αλλα τελικα αυτο που μας εδωσαν ειχε υφασματινη κουρτινα. Στο μπανιο επισης δεν υπηρχε μηχανισμος εξαερισμου ουτε καποιο παραθυρο και αυτο φαινοταν κ απο την μουχλα πανω απο την ντουζιερα. Αναφεραμε ολα τα παραπανω, αλλα μας είπαν οτι δεν υπηρχε διαθεσιμο δωματιο για να μας αλλαξουν
