The pool was closed and our room didn't have a sofa couch as advertised. The staff was nice and tried to find another accommodation, but to no avail. The two main reasons why I booked this hotel was so the kids could swim off energy after spending 8 hours in the car, and so we could have 3 separate beds, neither of which we got

Mark at the front desk was outstanding—he really deserves a raise or promotion. He made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and nice. The pool was closed, which was a major disappointment and a key reason we chose this hotel. The kids were extremely let down. I know it was under renovation, but there was no prior notice; otherwise I would have picked a different hotel for the price.

A big suite with 2 room. We were 4 people and had plenty of room. There are also 2 bathroom who made it easier to get organized. The kitchen is big and have everything you need. Coffee maker didn't work well

The breakfast offered a wide array of dishes, and the spot was convenient. The only hiccups were the pool being closed without notice and the late‑night activity in the outdoor recreation area that kept us awake.
