A quiet hostel where meeting people is harder than in other places; I stayed for one night and it was very well located and comfortable.

The spot is great, the staff are friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. The only downside was that the note saying cash isn’t accepted turned out to be the only payment option, forcing an unplanned ATM trip with an extra 250 baht fee that I didn’t like. The staff mentioned they were trying to correct the online text, but I didn’t learn about it until it was too late. A couple of small issues: 1. For the double room with a private bathroom, there’s no curtain on the window facing the stairwell; the glass is frosted so it’s not a privacy problem, but light streamed through all night. 2. The towels didn’t absorb anything, making me wonder if they were really towels.

The room was very clean and the host was good. I missed some information about what my room was and how to enter it, but someone was there who could contact the host. It wasn’t really my type of place, but that’s another matter.
