The location was excellent, very close to public transport, sights, restaurants, and the city centre, all within walking distance. If you work remotely, you can choose it; you’ll be in a shared space but the other residents will respect you, and the internet is stable. The night before my arrival, a room experienced a mobile theft incident, which left me with extra, permanent anxiety about my belongings and their safety. Also, I never managed to coordinate my arrival outside the scheduled check‑in time, much later for precision (in the middle of the night) because my flight landed in Madrid around 01:00 am. Likely there was no possibility for such a late check‑in. However, it was never confirmed, even though I had asked about it during booking. The answer I received didn’t match my question about that. When I sent the question again, I got a response that simply said “Hello.” So I modified my booking and booked another place for the night of my arrival.
