The host, Sanju, and his wife really go all out to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast they provide is delicious, and he can be reached for anything from transport to laundry to daily planning. Nothing noteworthy to mention otherwise.

The view is gorgeous, the renovation fresh, and there’s a blanket available – a super pretty spot, though the entrance isn’t very convenient and the driver was a bit rude when arriving, but you can still get in calmly. That didn’t stop me from loving my stay! The breakfasts are fantastic, very tasty, served from 6:30 in the morning – thanks a lot to the hosts.

It is a beautifully designed space, with a gorgeous bathroom overlooking the view. The balcony was tucked away with a breathtaking view. A 10‑minute walk along the train tracks to main Ella was amazing and filled with beautiful views.

The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. He even guided us around Ella on arrival and the next day, a thoughtful gesture. The room was cozy, comfortable, and very reasonably priced, and the breakfast made by the owner was delicious. The views from the property were incredible—among the best we’ve seen in Ella. A special shout‑out to the adorable new puppy, which added a memorable touch. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays in Sri Lanka. The only slight drawback was that the property is a bit farther from town than expected, up a steep, winding hill road, though it’s still only about a five‑minute tuk‑tuk ride into town. The Wi‑Fi wasn’t the strongest and the shower pressure was low, but neither affected our enjoyment.

We had the best part of our whole trip here! The place is gorgeous, our room was stunning and the waterfall view was breathtaking. Everything from the room to the quiet setting was flawless. Huge thanks to our host Sanju, who was amazing—kind, welcoming, helpful, and even took us on a full‑day tour of Ella’s most beautiful spots. Thanks to him we saw so much more of the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re going to Ella, stay here 100%—it was the highlight of our trip! Thank you, Sanju, for making it so special. We’ll definitely return! ❤️🇱🇰
