We booked the Premier double (40 m²) and found it very spacious. The huge spa bath was unused, but the walk‑in shower had good pressure, the bed, air‑con, and pillows were excellent, and the pool area was wonderful with plenty of loungers and a large pool. It was our first visit to the Samsen area, and we liked it; we could still walk to Rambuttri and Khao San in 10 minutes. After checking out on the last day, we relaxed at the pool area and left our luggage there until our 7 pm departure. The 40 m² is nice, but next time I’d pay 1,000 baht less for a smaller room. The staff insist on full payment upfront, unlike most hotels that accept payment on departure, which feels a bit like a backpacker experience.

We absolutely adore Chillax! It’s our go-to hotel whenever we come to Da Nang. The rooms are always spotless, the staff are fantastic, and this time we had a partial sea view from the 18th floor, which was incredible. The infinity pool is also second to none floating around while looking down over the beach and streets below is just magical. Nothing to fault! It’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we always look forward to coming back
