“Convenient”
The location was fine, but the place felt too corporate and was starting to look shabby.

The hotel’s location was extremely convenient and the staff were very kind. I had planned for three nights but enjoyed it enough to extend by two more, and they handled the extension smoothly without changing my room. On the last day I asked to check out later and they explained the fees clearly and politely. Having a kitchen was a lifesaver with a small child, and I was very pleased with the housekeeping team’s work. The only drawback was a dirty laundry filter that caught my eye.

The staff were friendly and the restaurants and bars were close by, but the breakfast selection could have been better.

The front desk staff were excellent and the valet service was prompt; we received the rooms we requested. The hotel had two elevators, one of which didn’t work for the 10‑story building, and there was only valet parking. The breakfast was bland.

The room was large, had a fully equipped kitchen, but there was no housekeeping service.
