“Poor.”
I booked two separate stays four days apart. In room 6 there were no towels and the reception phone never answered, so I had to go to the bar. The air‑con smelled awful, so I switched it off. The next day I found that the bottom sheet was a single laid sideways to look like a double/Queen, but it never covered the mattress—very cunning and unhygienic, photo attached. The Gustav Klimt “The Kiss” was hung sideways and the wardrobe had no handle, showing poor maintenance. In room 7 the air‑con worked, “The Kiss” was hung correctly, and the wardrobe had two handles—good. However the iron board was so low quality it collapsed when my wife tried to iron, posing a safety hazard. Overall, not recommended.
