Very poor experience. I booked this property trusting the platform, but my actual experience was extremely disappointing. In my experience, it is not really a hotel, as it does not provide the basic facilities and services one would normally expect from a hotel. The room was dirty, the bedsheet and bathroom were unclean, and there was dust and dirt throughout the room. There was no proper reception, room service or intercom facility. The AC was not working despite my repeated requests and was finally made operational only around 10 PM the next day. The owner himself was handling everything and behaved very rudely. He asked me to vacate the room and take my luggage with me, even though I only wanted to leave my luggage safely at the property while going for temple darshan and collect it later. When I explained that my train was at 5 PM, he responded rudely. The bill/receipt given to me was also torn and thrown away by the owner in front of me. Overall, the cleanliness, facilities and behaviour were extremely poor. Booking this property after seeing it listed as a hotel was a very disappointing experience. Very poor experience.
