How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

Staff and Location. The breakfast availability time is from 8.00 am to 9.00am and check out is 10.00 am which is totally unacceptable considering this is a holiday location. This seems to be for the benefit of the owner rather than the guests. Breakfast until 10.00am would be a significant improvement for guests

“Great place to stay”

Easy to find and conveniently placed. Friendly staff and everything was clean. Coffee tasted strange both in the room and at breakfast

“Ruined the weekend because the bed was awful!!”

Breakfast was ok!. The bed in room 8 was awful, we got very little sleep, we wanted to spend the day in Brighton but we drove home straight after breakfast so we could go to bed and get some sleep!! It kind of spoilt the weekend!!

“A gem of a little B&B”

The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the beachfront, everything was really clean and comfortable, breakfast options were great, the lady owner was super friendly, and I would definitely recommend it; the only thing we felt was missing was hand soap at the bathroom sink.
