“Pathetic”

There was no breakfast offered, and they didn’t even provide a water bottle; plus the room lacked a TV, a tea maker, and any toiletries.

I had booked the breakfast option, but the hotel didn’t provide it, and the sheets and pillows were very dirty; I asked for a refund of the breakfast charges, but they refused and just tried to cheat me, saying they weren’t offering food or drinks from the start, so I’m still waiting for my money back.
