Parking was decent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. When my friend slipped into the pool, there was no first aid kit and the front desk had no idea where medical help could be found; they neither offered assistance nor checked on him. I had to call 911, and after they arrived I told him to step outside and see what happened. The next day, no one asked how he was doing. At checkout we asked for an accident report form, but they said they didn’t have one. They also didn’t provide any business cards with names or contact details.

The location was great, the breakfast was good, and everything else was fine. The only issue was that during breakfast I saw them pull more meat, reheat it in the microwave, and I think it would be better if they cooked it on the stove.
