“Closed when I arrived – no service”
I was told I'd have a place, but when I got there it was closed. I had to leave and find a friend, and now I'm demanding a refund and might take legal action.
“Clean inside, but messy entrance”
The hostel was spotless and organized, and the staff were great. But the entrance was a mess of dirt and mud, and the sidewalk needs a makeover.
