The location was perfect, five minutes on foot from the city center and bus, metro, and train stations. The staff were very friendly. The cleaning left a lot to be desired.

The location was very central—5 minutes to an underground stop and 10 to the main train station. I didn’t expect a lot from a hostel, especially at that price, but it wasn’t cleaned daily. We were told the cleaner was sick, yet there were bed bugs and ants, and they didn’t seem to notice or find a replacement. When the cleaner finally came, only the room was cleaned, not the bathroom.

The location was just a couple of steps from the train station. I arrived at 23:00, had to wait until 00:30 for my room, which felt slow despite the receptionist’s good intentions. A young woman complained about the cleaning in a room, so the receptionist offered her a different one; since the rooms were shared, I joined her, and the sheets were clean but the room itself was not great.

The screen and the window were broken, and the TV was quite cramped in the narrow bed area.

Nothing good to say. The place is the dirtiest, most disgusting spot I’ve ever seen; even a prison cell looks cleaner.
