The room was nice, with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space, and the shower was really powerful, which was great. There were plenty of breakfast options, and it was convenient that the seafront was just a short walk away.

The spot was great for the Hayling Island Golf Club, had plenty of parking and a decent breakfast. The meal times were limited and there wasn't much nearby on foot, and the town itself felt old and worn out.

It felt really snug and the parking lot was huge, the place ran smoothly, food was tasty, and there was a bar and a restaurant. The breakfast plates weren't heated, but overall the breakfast was great with many options.
