How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was excellent. It was well organized and the staff were truly kind and eager to meet every need. The location is strategic for excursions. It would be helpful to have written directions in the room brochure, also in English, to make the facility more international.

Everything was ideal! The rooms are very large and very comfortable. The restaurant is very good and has a large pleasant terrace. A huge bonus is the space for children, which is absolutely incredible! The staff are wildly kind and the breakfast is perfect! Nothing to add and we’ll return with great pleasure next time. Everything was perfect!

The staff were very friendly, the ground‑floor restaurant was good, and there’s a Volg right next door. It’s a five‑minute walk to the station and the surrounding area is great for hiking. I have no complaints; as soon as a room opens up, I’ll move in.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of breads, fruits, vegetables, and cold cuts – everything you could think of was there. The room was excellent; we had the balcony room, which kept us away from traffic noise. The staff were very nice, and the restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone, except my sister‑in‑law, just in case she shows up when we’re there next time. Nothing else to note – all good.
