“Gilles veille au bien-être de ses clients. Le site est reposant, arboré et invite à la détente”
Raven the playful dog welcomed us, much to the delight of the children! We stayed in the Indian cabin, where sleeping while looking at the sky was pure bliss. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and waking up in that peaceful haven was wonderful. The kids loved swimming, and the other guests were very friendly. It was a plus to be able to dine on site. The host and their team were adorable and very available. Absolutely… nothing! Everything was perfect!
“Je voulait partir mais avec un petit de 2ans, c’était impossible”
The breakfast attendant was attentive and meticulous, and there was a lovely lady who just adored cuddles. But I was disappointed: there is no accessible shower, you have to pay for the spa to use a shower, and there is no sink—so I had to wash my grandson in the toilet with the hand basin! The single toilet in the whole house serves all rooms, and there’s no curtain on the cabin’s window, so it’s full of sunlight from 5 am. The place looks like an abandoned four‑wheel drive with everything dirty except the beds, and there are stains on the rugs and outdoor bedding. The cabin is so full of beds that you can’t tell where to sit. Outside there’s no shade, and the terrace is completely cluttered, making it unbearably hot. After 7 pm I couldn’t reach the host, even though he promised a shower for my grandson. Everything is paid for—no water bottle, no shower, no sink. The place shows a map of paid cocktails, but no water, shower, or sink. We had to leave our suitcases outside because the inside was full, for four people!
The concept is great, very friendly, engaged and a personal welcome aperitif. The food was fine, breakfast perfect.
The total change of scenery made us feel like we were in a magical, remote corner. The only downside might be the lack of parking right next to the luggage.
“Mal was ganz anderes”
The concept is funny, with the little huts spread across the property among goats and wild boars. The owner is very friendly and super nice. In the small spa area you can be alone. But if you stay in the huts, the walk to the toilet is already long.
