Nice, clean, and roomy accommodation in a superb spot in the old town, everything within walking distance. A primary school sits very close, so weekday mornings can get a little noisy :) The mattress on the two bunk beds is extra firm in the 4‑bed apartment.

The accommodation is very well situated in the Chiang Mai city square. The place lacks modern equipment and the cleanliness of the premises is relative.

We liked how close the lodging was to several restaurants, bars, a laundromat, a 7‑11, and various points of interest. Rose was very responsive and made herself available whenever we needed her. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant. You can leave your belongings before check‑in and after check‑out. The bathroom corner is a bit tight, with the shower immediately next to the toilet…
