Staff were genuinely attentive and helpful throughout my stay; I can’t think of any downside.

The location is spot‑on, but the room I got was filthy—sheets and blankets hadn’t been changed, and after canceling a week‑long reservation on Sunday, the front desk still hesitated to hand over the key on Monday until they double‑checked with a family member. Three days went by without any cleaning, and when I finally asked about it, they’d forgotten to provide a towel, soap, and toilet paper, so I had to go down and fetch those myself.

They let us drop our bags off before we could check in and the Wi‑Fi worked well, but the price we were charged ended up being twice what the online listing showed, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything happening in the neighboring room.
