The location was fine—nothing to say, absolutely out of this world. The management was almost non-existent; no one greeted us at check‑in. We had to reach out ourselves to find out what to do, with no email or Booking message. They claimed they called me, but as expected I had no connection to the number I’d given at check‑in. You just have to manage.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke from the moment we arrived. They didn’t provide water bottles, and there was nothing nearby to buy them. The TV didn’t work.

I had an incredible view and was right on the beach, but unfortunately, the place was plagued by moisture and a terrible musty smell. There were no mosquito screens, no staff, and no key to get in. The cleaning was incomplete, and the outdoor furniture was missing from the lovely patio area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was superb, with an incredible beachfront view that I truly enjoyed. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the facilities could use some maintenance and, more notably, the water wasn't hot - a major letdown for me as I had been looking forward to that. Overall, it was an okay stay but with some areas for improvement.

My stay had its ups and downs. I loved the stunning view, beautiful beach, and convenient location near Governor's Harbour. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance - the windows hadn't been cleaned, and the washing machine was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff was unavailable when I needed them, and the kitchen equipment was old and dirty, which made the price we paid feel unjustified.
