“Perfect”
The hosts were kind, the traditional room was very nice and comfortable, the bath was almost always available, and the bus stop was close. Nothing else.

I loved it! Everyone was friendly, the place was beautiful, we had an amazing time, it’s near the bus station and the host’s recommendations were great.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and distinctive with a view of nature. The thermal bath. The only downside is that the bath was shared, but we knew that.

The onsen is great, the view from the room was magnificent, and the staff were very warm.

The hosts, especially Ted, are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The private onsen schedule is well organized and based on a great teamwork spirit. Humaneness tops everything here, and every detail feels lovingly personal. No negatives.
