“Horrible experience - please dont choose this hotel”

Even after we had a confirmed booking, the owner declined to give us a room, claiming the rooms were full, and sent us to another hotel that he also owned. The room we were given was not cleaned and there were pieces of broken glass lying all around. After spending a day there, the owner came back asking us to vacate the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and neat. The main attraction of Amritsar, Golden temple was at a walkable distance. Please provide small shampoo sachets in the washroom for hair wash as well

The property was very central with about 8 minute walk to Golden Temple, and plenty eating places nearby. The food was room service only as no restaurant, but the food was absolutely delicious, and big portions too. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our taxi didn’t turn up on the morning we were leaving, the manager tried phoning him but went onto answer machine. However, a rickshaw driver happened to be there so we took that to airport instead. Would definitely book this hotel again if going back to Amritsar

Location is very prominent, situated just 5 mins walk to golden temple area. The rooms are neat and clean. Staff is attentive and always smiling to help
