The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay really enjoyable.
The room wasn't very clean and there were loud noises from the vacuum cleaner at 7 am in the morning.

The personnel and hygiene were good, but there was no staff in the morning.
“Poor location and poor value”
The staff were helpful, but the prices were an absolute rip off for the location, the room was very small, it was a long way out of Burgos though the bus service was good, and the location shown on the map was incorrect and quite far from where it really is.
“Niet aan te raden”
I had no positives, but the smell was terrible.
“Nice, good price, but room might be at a high traffic road.”
The people were very friendly and always smiling, the food was okay but not very high quality even though the restaurant looked good, and a dinner was very reasonably priced, even including a whole bottle of wine; there is a bus (line 4) that goes directly from the hotel to downtown Burgos for only Eur 1.20 (as of 2026‑08‑11), so it’s best to leave the car at the hotel when visiting the city, though the last bus back was at 11 on a Tuesday; you might be unlucky and end up with a room next to a street, which is a very high‑traffic road leading to the highway and the city, but at least the windows are pretty well sealed.
The bathroom was large, but the location was not ideal.
