How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The rooms are adequately sized and have everything you need, but there's no fridge. They are VERY noisy; you can hear everything next door and from outside. Soon rooms are accessed from outside up stairs, not all are internal. Staff doesn’t speak much English, but that’s fine with Google Translator. The Spa is not onsite and you will need to walk to neighbouring areas laces in town.

Đặt trên booking trước 2 tháng để chuẩn bị đi cho dịp Tết, thấy thẻ visa chưa trừ tiền thì trước 1 ngày đi Sapa mình có nhắn lại để hỏi booking còn giữ không thì báo không giữ (trong khi trước 2 tháng đã nhắn xác nhận qua Zalo :))) ) (ảnh 1 + 2). Chưa từng thấy khách sạn nào như này, đặt trên booking rồi còn dám hủy của khách + NV chảnh, không có trách nhiệm. Làm tối đó tìm khắp nơi các khách sạn may sao tìm được (mà TÌM PHÒNG NGÀY LỄ không phải ngày thường đâu ạ) Mình tìm được phòng bên khác và đã cọc bên đó, sáng hôm sau lại 1 bạn khác nhắn tin (chắc lễ tân khách sạn hoặc sale ôm phòng) bảo có còn cần không thì giữ phòng (ảnh 3). Nói vậy thì cũng đã muộn rồi. Thật sự mất uy tín! Ai đặt ngày lễ thì né giùm hoặc check kĩ trước ngày đi 1 tuần để không xảy ra sự việc như mình

“Bon rapport qualité prix”

The room needs renovation, but the heating was lifesaving and the equipment was fine for the price. The location is superb. The relative humidity and chill are noticeable because the bathroom opens to the outside, though the heating works; the room could use more cooling.

They tried to overcharge me, sent unwelcomed and unprofessional texts after I left, and the check‑in and check‑out were poor. The apartment is hard to find and difficult to access with a suitcase.

The room was clean and beautiful, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. The location was perfect—very close to Sapa Square and Sun Plaza. We also tried the massage service, which was excellent. Overall, our stay was amazing
