“Perfect Retreat”
The setting was gorgeous, the host was fantastic, always on hand and very helpful, there was a personal gas grill, and Angela’s focaccia was an exceptional treat. No problems arose during our four‑night stay.

It was clear the owners wanted to make our stay comfortable: the bed and high‑quality sheets were very cozy, and the house was very clean. The bathroom and shower were small but adequate, the towels and robes were plush, and the robes were a pleasant surprise.

The hosts struck a nice balance of friendliness, top‑class service, and personal space, letting us enjoy the Manor fully. We could relax on the grounds and inside the Manor without feeling rushed, making a multi‑day stay effortless.

Angela and Chris were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the decor throughout the place was stunning. The room was comfortable and their hospitality went beyond exceptional. They are the kindest people imaginable. Our visit ranks among the best bed‑and‑breakfast experiences we've had. I strongly recommend their spot if you head to Lake Seneca, NY, and I’d love to return someday.
