“A great hotel in Jaisalmer!”
We got the best of both worlds: on the edge of the fort but free outside the fort for easy access to everything. The room was a good size, clean, and ready on arrival. We were picked up from the local train station. Our room was ready and we were offered extended stay on arrival and departure. Hospitality was excellent. The staff spoke limited English except for the business owner, who had great English and always replied to our texts and organized everything needed. He arranged a tour of the fort and city. We had pre‑booked a desert tour, which he also organized. Breakfast included fruit, toast, local breakfast, omelette, and tea; plenty of everything served on the upstairs terrace. The view of the fort from the terrace is very nice. The street the hotel is on is quiet and clearly not a cut‑through for local traffic. Just a positive experience after all the noise we encountered in Jaipur. Nothing negative; everything was great. Highly recommend this hotel and its people. The costs are extremely reasonable.
