The staff were friendly and quick to handle issues, such as a broken TV in my room; they swapped rooms right away. I'll come back to Mestre and will definitely book again.

“Beau séjour à Venise même si on ne nous pas montré que nous étions les bienvenus.”

Close to Venice, but the staff weren't very friendly or smiling; at reception there was no welcome, and even the cleaning lady didn't respond when I greeted her. It's disappointing that the staff don’t seem happy to greet guests.
