“Ottima posizione, buon alloggio”
The spot is great for exploring the medina while staying away from the bustle. The rooms were tidy, not huge but cozy. Breakfast was homemade and tasty.

The stay was very disappointing. The room was dark, not very clean, and the Wi‑Fi was dead.

The rooms are huge, though they could add lockers for luggage. I really liked the small lounge on the ground floor. I lost my towel during the laundry pick‑up; I think someone mistakenly took it that evening and I didn’t recover it before leaving.

Nothing to say positively. The experience at this hostel was utterly disappointing and unprofessional. On arrival there was no proper welcome or explanation of the property. About an hour after check‑in the owner told me I had to leave the room because, according to him, as a Moroccan man I could not stay in a mixed dorm—something never mentioned before booking. He said the room was reserved for a female guest, yet later that night a group of five men occupied the same room. The way he handled it was extremely disrespectful; he shouted my name around the property and repeatedly demanded I move in an aggressive tone. He also tried to cancel my reservation on my phone and claimed it wasn’t confirmed, even though I showed him the confirmation. With my background in hotel management I know how reservations and check‑ins should be handled, and this was far from professional. The accommodation itself needs work: the bathroom smelled bad, the beds were uncomfortable, and the room was scorching hot with no window or air conditioning, making sleep impossible. The curtain around my bed was partially broken, letting light in and ruining privacy. Overall, I would not recommend this hostel. The core problem was not just the facilities but the lack of professionalism, communication, and respectful treatment of guests.

The vibe, the people, and the staff were all great.
