“Perfektes Hotel für Paare”
The staff were friendly, the place was modern and clean, and the metro is within walking distance, but the shower only has a rain‑shower head and no detachable shower head.

The location is excellent, breakfast is great, the room is very pretty, décor is nice and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly.

The stay was refreshingly unique and stylish, with fresh water taps on our floor offering cold still and sparkling water—a nice touch; the staff were great, and the location is very central to cafés, restaurants, and within walking distance to Georgetown, plus the live music at the bar was enjoyable.

The decor is solid and the breakfast is fairly complete, though an espresso machine would be a welcome addition for a 5‑star hotel, and the staff are friendly. The fixed shower head feels a bit dated, and the rugs in the dining room and rooms are worn out – industrial style doesn’t mean worn out.
