“A nice stay with some hiccups”
The hotel is beautiful, especially the bar area, and the spa facilities are fantastic; breakfast and dinner options are great, and the staff in the restaurant are kind and attentive. Maria Teresa at the bar deserves a Nobel Prize for hospitality. The location is lovely. It was disappointing that there was no kettle in the room; for a €450 per night room we were told our tier doesn’t qualify for a kettle, so we missed the chance to enjoy tea or coffee on the balcony. Only shampoo was provided, no conditioner. Most signs in the hotel are in German, so you’ll need to use Google Translate, especially in the sauna area where there are many warnings.
