Castro Hotel

“A lovely and relaxing stay made even better by the warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable staff—especially Marina!”

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Castro Hotel. The atmosphere was lovely, the pool area was beautiful, and the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you to all the staff for being so kind, hospitable, informative, and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Marina at the reception. She was incredibly kind and professional, always welcoming guests with a lovely smile and such positive, energetic attitude. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable!. Everything was good overall, and I really enjoyed my stay. There were no major issues during my visit

We were not disturbed, the hotel’s location was great and the value for money was very good. The staff were super friendly and very straightforward. The shower was far too small. After showering, the entire bathroom flooded and there was no shower curtain.

“В целом всё нормально. Пляж недалеко, очень хорошие сотрудники, рядом остановка, продуктовый магазинчик. Расположения от”

Excellent friendly staff. The compact premises were pleasant, and the air‑conditioning worked well. The internet was, to put it mildly, weak. The bathroom drain was a bit of a problem. Maybe the room was just unlucky 🤔

Close to the sea and the city centre. The reception staff were good. Good price‑to‑quality ratio. The pool water was very cold. Breakfast was not very varied, the fruit selection was small. The kitchen area had an espresso machine, kettles and a toaster but lacked dishes! In the four‑person room there were only two plastic cups and a few dinner knives and spoons. Breakfast was served until 10 am, and the staff would take food before the scheduled time. There were no teaspoons at breakfast.

“Good but could be better.”

The pool was great, big and with many sunbeds. The hotel location was really good; it was close to the beach (10 minutes walk). The bus stop was just in front of the hotel. The staff was good. There was a billiard table, which we enjoyed playing. The lift/elevator was a really nice feature. There was AC, which helped us specifically during the night. The breakfast was good, with more fruit, but it could have more pastries and warm options. Also, the cutlery and cups could be cleaner, and they could use glass instead of plastic cups. The bathroom could be cleaner and renovated. The price for each night was okay, but I expected a better bedroom for this price.
