The location and staff were solid, but the continental breakfast was only okay and the sheets felt uncomfortable.
I prepaid for this reservation in April, 2026, and after a one‑night stay in July I discovered a duplicate charge on my credit card; when I called, the clerk explained that a transition from a Comfort Inn to a Travelodge had caused the billing code to expire, so instead of fixing it internally they simply charged me again; I was told the manager would contact me, get a new code for the stay, and issue a refund, but after three weeks I still hadn’t received it, forcing me to open a formal dispute with my credit card company to recover the money; I am extremely disappointed with the property.
The pool was a hit with the kids and the room stayed spotless and cozy, but the breakfast felt too basic—only oatmeal was hot, and we were hoping for a wider, healthier spread.
