很有日式溫泉飯店的氛圍,氣氛超讚~. 泡湯內的設備稍嫌不足。
“Exceptionnel”
The staff were attentive, the welcome genuinely warm, the room spacious and clean, the ryokan itself very tidy and beautiful with five‑star service. Everything was perfect, I recommend it. This ryokan is 1000 % worth it. We enjoyed the dining service offered, which had good value for money. The only downside was a lack of something (Ras).
“Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Kurokawa Onsen”
Lovely ryokan, very friendly staff (they took us and our luggage to the bus stop when we checked out). Nice onsen, especially the one with the parallel bars; they alternate genders so that in one overnight stay you can try all the different baths. The room was big, with a nice view of the trees, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner were sensational. The location is also really nice.
“再び訪れたい宿”
The hospitality was thorough and I could sense the collective skill of all the staff. The ancient bath was kept clean, the building preserved its historic charm while the rooms were renovated, and the built‑in toilet featured a modern heated seat and a combined washbasin that looked clean. The food was even more delicious than expected.
“Parfait”
Everything was flawless; the traditional wooden property was stunning, the staff incredibly kind and skilled, the meals unbelievably good (don’t miss them!) and served impeccably. Don’t forget the baths, which were very pleasant. It was probably the best hotel of our stay. Go there with your eyes closed. The only drawback is that meal times are fixed, which can be restrictive (as I recall breakfast was around 8 h and dinner around 18 h), but that’s understandable and common in this type of place.
