The terrace offers an amazing view, open to all guests with a table and chairs, letting you enjoy the old town without crowds in the morning and evening. The room itself is beautiful, filled with books in Georgian, and also open for guests; wine glasses and small plates are provided for a drink and snack, and the bathroom is very good. The only downside is the lack of a kitchenette or refrigerator, which would make the terrace dining even better.

The location right next to the city center is great. The room is comfortable, and you can step onto a terrace with a lovely river view. The surroundings of the house are pleasant and quiet. Everything was fine; sometimes there isn’t anyone on site, but you can always reach the owner by phone.
