The onsen hot springs were really nice, and the free drinks at the lounge in the afternoon were great, but the parking area was so crowded.

The facilities were large and nice, yet getting around was a hassle because everything was far away, and the sheer size of the place was a real difficulty for my bad legs.

Staff at the car park were helpful, even bringing my luggage from the lot to the hotel on a cart, and the lobby atmosphere was great; I also enjoyed a tasty breakfast, with nothing else to complain about.
