“Comfy bed, great location but unfortunately not clean”
The location was ideal—close to the horse event. It wasn’t very clean. There was a bad smell coming from the shower, and a moldy bath mat in the shower was disgusting. The kitchen shelf was very greasy.

The spot worked well for us, and the unit was tidy and ready to go.
Everything was quiet and peaceful, making for a calm stay.

About half an hour from Ballarat’s town centre, it sits right in the middle of the countryside. The units look brand new and very, very clean. The unit definitely needs some ventilation; we couldn’t open the windows because there was no mosquito screen. Also, despite the beautiful view, we couldn’t really enjoy it from our room because the bed was right next to the window, so we kept the curtains closed all the time. If these two issues are fixed, Country Luxury would be an amazing place.

The place was super comfy, stylish, and cozy, with a bed that felt like a cloud. The kitchenette was handy, and the full‑size bath and shower were spotless. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and kept the noise down—though the accommodation is part of their house, it feels completely separate. Nothing else to complain about; it was fantastic!
