The team, led by Omar, was very welcoming, and the unit and property look even better than the photos; the garden is lovely and you can walk easily to the Senegalese Strip. On the downside, the electricity in this town is inconsistent and the neighbour’s rooster was annoying, but that’s not the owners’ fault.

The host was kind, easy to contact, and the room was spacious. However, there was no toilet paper, and when I asked, the host said they would leave it in the room but it never arrived. There were also no towels. When I told the host that they were missing, they admitted forgetting them and said they would buy them now, but I was left waiting. The host did not apologize. On the first‑floor plaza, people who were smoking and the host’s own smokers gathered, which was annoying.

Nice accommodation and close to many facilities, but the shower was cold and it was relatively expensive.
