The staff were polite and hospitable, and the hotel’s facilities are solid. The swimming pool stays clean, and the overall ambience is a definite plus. Most of the buffet meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are decent, though the roti is only average. The a‑la‑carte options need a lot of work; they’re far below a 4‑star standard and vegan guests will struggle with the limited choices. Food occasionally comes under‑cooked, which is unacceptable, and the bread quality is poor—baked goods really need improvement.
