The room and the property look lovely, but the breakfast was awful; I had to ask a lot of questions to understand how it worked and never received any times for when I could leave the room for breakfast. The air‑conditioner in the room didn’t work, the hair dryer uses a Siemens plug but there are no Siemens outlets in the room. The management was terrible.
The house is in a calm part of Rho, well maintained, and you’re greeted by a pleasant scent right from the entrance that carries into the room. The room is spotless, with clean lines, and the bathroom is inviting to linger in. Breakfast is served on a covered, bright terrace next to the pool. We’ll book again.
The building itself is impressive, and the facilities are solid, but there’s no front desk—check‑in is mandatory online and the instructions were wrong. I couldn’t get a code to enter, the first phone I called didn’t answer, and the confirmation wasn’t sent before arrival. I sent a message through the app and had to wait all day for a reply, only when I called. Getting there by public transport isn’t easy.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and breakfast was everything you’d expect. The staff were very friendly, and it felt like a family run place that probably lives there too. The house sits in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of free parking. The only downside was a strong coconut smell in the room when I first got in; I found a dimmer in a socket, removed it, and the scent vanished quickly after airing out.
