A small, cozy hotel in the city center with main sights within walking distance; the staff were very friendly and absolutely helpful, even fulfilling an extra request. The room was pleasant, clean, and had a tiny fridge. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the indoor parking was useful—booking in advance is recommended. Thank you very much! The tram’s filtering noise was annoying.

Breakfast was tasty but a bit far from the advertised “superior level”; the afternoon reception lady was kind and friendly, parking was good but pricey, while the morning reception boy was so unhelpful I’d have fired him immediately—he couldn’t even say good morning or offer extra service. The Hungarian government and town add taxes to everything!

The location is perfect, right in the town center near all key sights. The room for two was very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was sumptuous, and the staff were courteous, offering helpful restaurant tips and maps. The floor and rugs in the reception were slippery and could be fixed easily.
