The hotel was clean, but it didn’t respond to my online questions and the phone number was unreachable, which was very inconvenient and infuriating. I checked in after 10 pm on 2/9/26 and found the front‑desk staff unpleasant: a plump black man with curly hair and glasses who spoke rudely and with a snobbish tone. I don’t think he belongs in customer service.

It’s close to the monorail, MRT, and convenience stores, but there’s no kettle or complimentary coffee/tea, and the staircase to Level 1 is too steep and narrow.
