The staff were kind and friendly, great location, Gabreil in the restaurant was excellent. Oatmeal is nonsense.

My husband and I arrived late in the evening of Friday, September 18th. We had doctor appointments all day on September 19th. When we returned to our room, there was no electricity, we could not open the windows, could not charge my cell phone, elevators were down because of no power, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs. I'm requesting my money back. We had to leave on September 19th. Not a safe situation in Tijuana, Mexico. I also need my money back for not staying September 20th 2026. We had to go into San Diego and get a hotel at the Comfort Inn. We didn't like it as described above. I'm requesting my money back. We did not stay September 19th or 20th. We are also canceling my second booking to stay there in October. I'm not doing it. They tried to set up a generator outside of the property. It was a nightmare.

Nothing. The restaurant was a joke; I walked out of it with one person doing everything—taking orders, cooking, cleaning. Nothing about it I would never stay there again. And also no ventilation in the bathroom. The lights were too bright inside the room. Nothing was good.
