Great location, a charging station at the hotel parking at fair prices, a large room with simple furnishings, but all the essentials are there. The room itself feels very plain.

The rooms are very nicely furnished with a beautiful view of the historic tower ruin, and the host couple were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel is highly recommended, especially since it’s not far from Saalfeld’s center. We’ll come back! There’s nothing to complain about.
The location on the Saale high ridge is fantastic, and the view from the room stretches over the wide countryside. Breakfast is plentiful and good, especially the coffee and the eggs—4 minutes, mirror, scrambled eggs, all fresh and delicate. I can’t think of anything negative.
