“Great location but under a much needed renovation.”

Location is great. Rates are too high for a property under construction. Floor of elevator dirty my entire stay. Staff were very nice and helpful but were on their personal phones when out at the desk or in the lobby so you felt like you were interrupting. Bathtub caulk could be bleached to remove the mold

“Best experience ever.”

Krish was incredibly kind and always asked if we were enjoying our stay, and he proudly pointed out the new chandelier in the foyer; breakfast was absolutely delicious, the room was spotless, and the bed was so comfy I never wanted to leave; the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and I’ll definitely return at the end of October; honestly, there was nothing I didn’t love about this place.

“Die schlechteste Hotelerfahrung, die ich bisher gemacht habe.”

The location was okay, but the room smelled extremely moldy and musty, probably from the carpet and air conditioning; even after multiple room changes it didn’t improve, and in one room a large area of the carpet was completely wet; the fitness room was very dirty, with cobwebs and no wipes for sanitizing equipment; overall I felt very uncomfortable and had hygiene concerns, making it one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

There was nothing positive, but the staff were short and overcharged, and the place was under construction with tools and materials scattered in the hallways.
