The service was great. It was a 10. Everything was very clean. There’s a super close that closes at 22:00, and you can buy ready‑made meals. There was a bit of a lack of soundproofing in the rooms. No major noise, but you can clearly hear what’s happening on the other sides of the building. That would improve. Otherwise, it meets its price‑quality ratio perfectly.

Thanks to the host for a great stay; they always respond quickly and are helpful with every request, the room was very clean and organized, I only stayed one night to rest but the value for money was excellent. Nothing bothered us.

Felix is very helpful and friendly to guests, always smiling, and this is the best place for your stay. The other guests were very loud in the morning; from 8am to 11am there was a lot of noisy chatter.
