The staff’s hospitality was top‑class, always attentive and considerate, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious enough and the kitchen fully equipped, with comfortable bathrooms. Being within walking distance of the Ubud Palace was very convenient. I’m genuinely glad I chose this place. The only downside is the external noise—cars, chickens, and people can be bothersome at certain times. If you’re sensitive to sound, bring earplugs.

The location is great and the hosts are lovely and welcoming, but the rooms could have been refreshed to match the photos more closely.

The staff were friendly, the accommodation was clean and spacious, yet the only drawback is that walking to the center is a bit far.

The overall experience was average. I stayed three nights—two first, then added another—though I mistakenly rated the first two nights as a different hotel in the warehouse area. At least it was quiet. The location isn’t great, the facilities are old, there are many insects, and the service and cleanliness are poor.
